If you need immediate assistance (food, shelter, or other resources), please contact Oak Ridge TORCH (Tennessee Out-Reach Center for Homeless), located at 152 Bus Terminal Road in Oak Ridge. Phone: (865) 318-4788. TORCH is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or KARM (Knox Area Rescue Ministries). Hot meals are served at their 418 N Broadway location in Knoxville at the following times: Breakfast 6:30 – 7:45 a.m., Lunch 11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m., Dinner 4:30 – 5:45 p.m. KARM also offers showers and shelter for men and women at that location.
