Worship: "A Road to Radical Welcome"

For over a decade, Unitarian Universalist across the country have been enaging in the work of establishing themselves as Welcoming Congregations. We did this work at ORUUC, set this star in the sky for us to aspire towards. This year, in the midst of accelerating rhetoric in relation to gender identity and sexual orientation, we are being called to recommit and renew our status as a Welcoming Congregation. What does it take to embody a radical welcome? How might we better live into a spirit of generosity? How do we remain at once convicted in principals and open to the stranger in our midst?
