OUR EXECUTIVE TEAM
The Executive Team consists of the Minister, the Director of Faith Formation, the Office Administrator, and two lay members selected by the team, who serve two-year terms. The team meets twice monthly to review Shared Ministry Agreements, and discuss capital projects, church finances, and other concerns. You can reach our Executive Team by email at office@oruuc.org.
Donna Maloney
I am a retired grandmother, who has been calling ORUUC my spiritual home for over 30 years. During that time, I’ve worn many hats: Board of Trustees, two terms; Religious Education (Faith Formation) committee, more years than I can count; ministerial search committee for Jake Morrill; personnel committee; you get the idea. Both of my sons and two of my grands have grown up in this church.
In my professional life, I was a financial counselor and educator for a local credit union, after being a full time mom to my sons.
I’m very excited to have the opportunity to, once again, serve this community I love!

Jim Nutaro
My children, Joe and Jake, and spouse, Angela, moved to Oak Ridge in 2005. I joined ORUUC sometime around 2016 looking for a supportive, inclusive environment where Joe and Jake could find friends, get involved in a community, and, as it happens, I found those same opportunities at ORUUC! Since then, I've volunteered in Faith Formation, served as President of the Board of Trustees, participated in Rummage, helped out with the Auction, made coffee, mulched the playground, and played on the softball team. Angela and I grew up in southern Arizona and had never lived east of the Rockies before moving to Tennessee. Joe was six months old when we moved here and Jake was born in Oak Ridge. Almost 20 years later, Joe has graduated from Oak Ridge High School and Jake is a senior. I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2003 with a degree in Computer Engineering and worked several places before taking a job at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. We've got a dog, two cats, and I spend as much time as I can hiking and camping.
